  7. 1 tsp grated ginger,
  8. 2 green chilli chopped finely,
  9. to taste, Salt
  10. 1 tsp red chilli powder,
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
  12. 1/2 tsp amchur powder,
  13. 1/2 cup bread crumbs,
  14. 2 tbsp corn flour if required,
  15. as required Sooji for coating,
  16. as required Oil for frying,

  1. Take a mixing bowl, add all the veggies one by one, mix it well.
  2. Now add ginger, green chilli & all the spices along with salt, mix it well.
  3. Now add bread crumbs, mix it thoroughly till smooth. Make small balls. Keep aside.
  4. Roll it in sooji, coat it nicely. Take a pan, add med amount of oil, heat it.
  5. Moderate the flame, shallow fry the balls till light brown.
  6. Take out on an absorbent paper, plate it, serve it with green chutney & sauce.
