- In a pan heat 2tsp oil and add Moog dal, garlic cloves and chilli and Saute for mins.



- Add grated beetroot and fry for 2-3mins. Add coconut and fry for 2mins.


- After cool transfer the mixer jar and add salt and make smooth paste.


- Take small pan to heat add 1tsp oil, mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves. Once a crackles pour this over the beetroot chutney.
