- 1 cup Cooked Basmati Rice
- 1 Beetroot grated
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 tbsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 star anise
- 1 elaichi
- 3 cloves
- 2 cinnamons
- 1 tbsp raisins & chopped cashews
- as per taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Beetroot Pulao
- Heat a pan add ghee, cumin, cloves,cinnamons, elaichi & star anise, stir and add raisins & Cashews mix and add garlic, onion and cook till onion turns pink.


- Now add one by one Tomato, beetroot, salt,kitchen king masala & cook for a while lastly add cooked rice mix well and cook for few minutes mixing continuously, turn off gas, sprinkle coriander.

- Serve hot,colorful tasty Beetroot Pulao in a plate garnish with Tomato flower & chopped coriander.
