  1. Boiled kidney beans,chopped beetroot in chunks and grind both.Add 1 tbsp ghee in a pan..mix rajma and beetroot. Roast for sometime.
  2. Add potatoes,ginger garlic paste,green chilli. Add all spices,besan and almond powder. Mix all switch off the gas..let it cool down completely. Apply ghee in hands.take mixture.
  3. Stuffcheese cube,roll again and flatten to form tikkies.
  4. Coat in seasome seeds. Keep in fridge for sometime.
  5. To fry tikkies heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Fry them from both sides..(you can shallow fry them in a ghee).
