  6. For green chutney add all ingredients in a grinding jar. Grind all to make a fine paste. Chutney is ready.
    Tips..always add 2 ice cubes with green chutney to make it perfect green.
  7. For 2 sandwiches take 4 slices of bread, spread butter evenly over each slices. Spread green chutney and place 2 paneer sticks in 2 bread slice.
  8. Now spread prepared beetroot masala, place a slice of onion, tomato and beetroot. Now sprinkle grated cheese over it.
  9. Now sandwich it using another bread slice with the buttered and side downward and press it lightly.
    Spread some butter evenly over it.
  10. Heat a Tawa. Put some butter for cooking and place the sandwich on it with the buttered side facing upward. Cook on a medium flame till it turn golden from both sides. Similar make all Sandwiches.
