Steps to make to make Railway Veg Cutlets
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds and allow to splutter. Add chopped onions, ginger and green chillies. Saute for two minutes on low flame.



- Mix carrot, beans and fry till half done. Now mix beetroot and saute till colour change.


- Now add salt, turmeric, chilli powder and amchur powder. Mix well with veggies. Add green peas, mashed potatoes and mix.


- When cool down a bit, add pav-bhaji masala, green coriander and 2 Tbsp bread crumbs.



- Mix all and make cutlets. Dip all sides of cutlets in the cornflour slurry prepared.


- Then dip in rest of the bread crumbs. Heat oil on a pan. Shallow fry/deep fry according to choice from all sides till the Cutlets are crispy and well cooked.
