- 2 cups Spinach cut
- 2 tsp Pure ghee
- 1 cup Rice
- 2 Tejpatta leaves
- 1 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 4-5 Cloves
- 4-5 Garlic pods
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- For decoration:
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 Lady finger
- 1 Onion
- Few Small pieces of beetroot
Steps to make to make Palak pulao
- Take spinach, wash, clean and cut, garlic, tejpatta and Ginger.

- Boil it in a Pan.

- Made the paste in a mixing jar.


- Keep aside the paste.

- Now take the rice, wash, clean and boil for 5 minutes in a pan.

- Only half cook and stir it's water.

- Now take a pan, add tejpal and cloves in pure ghee and make tadka.

- Add spinach paste and give a boil for 5 minutes.


- Add all masale and again cook for five minutes on low flame.

- Add rice,mix it well and again cook for 5 minutes on low flame.

- Our green pulao is ready.

- Decorate it and serve it with curd.
