- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 cup chopped Vegetables
- 2 tbs crumbled paneer
- 1 tbs schezwan sauce
- 2 tbs Mayonnaise
- 2 tbs tomato sauce
- leaves Lettuce or cabbage
- 1/4 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 cheese slices
Instructions to make to make Idli Burger
- Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped Vegetables (cabbage, capsicum, carrots etc) for a minute on high flame.Then let it cool.

- Add schezwan sauce and mix with sauteed Vegetables. You can add more sauce of you want little spicy.Add paneer and mix well.


- Mix all ingredients and make round ball tikki

- Cut idlis in halves when its completely cool.Spread mayonnaise on both the sides of idli like spreading butter on bread.



- Then Spread tomato sauce,put cabbage leaf or lettuce, and put veg schezwan tikki on it,then cover it with cheese slice and in the end cover it with other side of the ldli.Heat butter on tawa, add some sesame seeds,roast idli buns for a while on both the side and serve hot.
