  1. First, wash & chop all veggies. Take all veggies in a cooker, and add salt and turmeric to it. Cook it for 2 whistles or until it becomes partially cooked. Now add boiled potatoes to it.
  2. Mash all veggies with the help of a masher. Now take butter on a wok, add ginger garlic paste, and onion to it. Saute for 2 min. Now add tomatoes and all mashed vegetables to it.
  3. Now add all spices & some butter to it. Cook it for 20 min & keep adding butter to it. Add lemon juice to it. Garnish it with grated paneer & green coriander.
  4. Now take pav & make well like with the help of spoon on the top. Heat butter & cook pav from both sides. Now apply butter inside this well. Fill the bhaji in it. On the top put grated paneer, grated carrot, grated cheese cube & grated beetroot. Finally, garnish with green coriander.
